TERMS & CONDITIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
When booking your reservation you are required to secure us with as 25% deposit.
The remaining balance is due upon arrival. This will confirm your reservation. All
deposits are 100% nonrefundable! If you are securing a vehicle with a credit card
and you decide for any reason, you will be charged on your credit card for the entire
amount of trips. You are responsible for any and all damages done to the vehicle
while in your possession. The person who books the reservation accepts full responsibility
for the actions of their guests. Only the amount of people into an accident, breakdown,
or mother nature somehow gets in the way, we will send you another vehicle of the
same size and style, or another vehicle at an adjusted rate if necessary.

as a copy of both front and back of Credit Card used.
